The Histon & District Angling Society was formed in 1936 and has it's HQ in The Boot Public House. Histon, Cambridge.The Society owns or rents fisheries on the Great Ouse, Old West and Old Bedford Rivers and also controls several miles of Fenland Drains. The Society provides local fishing primarily for local anglers. Visiting anglers are always welcome but must obtain a permit before fishing.
